This Limited Use License (License) is the legal agreement between you and All Azimuths Photography, Inc, covering any image you have downloaded from our web sites, received via e-mail, on CD, acquired through third party, by mail in print or slide form. Your use of such image constitutes your acceptance of this License. The images may be freely viewed and downloaded for comp or layout purposes, but any further reproduction or use without payment of the appropriate license fees is prohibited.
GRANT OF LICENSE
All our images are "rights protected" images. All rights are owned by All Azimuths Photography, Inc. and the photographers, Chuck Park and Melissa Park, it represents. None of the images on our web site are in the public domain. All rights not specifically granted in this License are retained by All Azimuths Photography, Inc. or the respective photographers. This License grants to you non-transferable, non-exclusive rights to use, modify, edit, incorporate into other materials, and publish a purchased image for personal or commercial use by you or your clients, within the use category shown on your invoice, except as noted below. If your use changes to another use category or to an increased quantity tier, you must immediately notify All Azimuths Photography, Inc. and remit the additional license fees, if any. No refunds will be given in the event you cease to use, change use category, or change to a smaller quantity tier. This License constitutes the entire agreement between you and All Azimuths Photography, Inc.
PROHIBITED USE
You may not offer our images for resale or redistribution, and you may not use them for any defamatory or illegal purpose. All use of the images must conform to all national and local applicable laws and regulations, including U.S. and international copyright laws.
WARRANTIES
All Azimuths Photography, Inc. makes no warranties, either express or implied, including without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Neither All Azimuths Photography, Inc. nor Chuck Park and Melissa Park, its owners/photographers shall be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or incidental, arising out of the use or the inability to use our images. Some states do not allow the exclusion of or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Your violation of any of the terms of this License shall result in the termination of this License without notice to you. Upon such termination, all use of our images by you and/or your clients must cease. Any dispute regarding this License or use of our images shall be resolved using binding arbitration in King County, Washington, pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association and the laws of the state of Washington.
